    No, you can apply, just submit. They may invite you, but you can apply too. A few hundred subs + original videos and good content and they will surely accept you.

    Thanks. Being a YT partner would be great.

    I just checked a minute ago about about YouTube partnerships. According to YT it is invite-only. I also think I have to have a few thousand subscribers, I only have a few hundred.
